The Modern Harissa 

This ancient African recipe is enjoying a renaissance as the preferred hot sauce for home and professional chefs a like. Entube’s version is absolutely unique in its flavor profile, combining traditional flavors with unique modern touches such as Acerola, the Amazonian berry known for it’s high Vitamin C content and Ayurvedic properties.

CURRY

How do you use this spicy paste?

1- As a finishing Condiment. Dynamite on a cracker with a slice of cheddar cheese.

Slather on top of simple boiled potatoes for a five star dish.

Use in place of mustard as a side for a great steak, rack of ribs or lamb chops.

2- As an Ingredient.  Mix with hummus or yogurt for a piquant dip. Add a teaspoon to a mustard citrus

salad dressing for a hint of the Orient. Build the perfect curry sauce for a seafood pasta.

Stir into melted butter before you scramble, fry or coddle your eggs.

3- As a Glaze. Toss Brussels sprouts, cauliflower or other root vegetables in olive oil mixed with Curry Entube 

and roast. Or brush the same olive oil/Curry Entube glaze over chicken or shrimp before grilling.

4- As a Marinade. Whisk up the Curry Entube with some fresh garlic and white wine, 

submerge a fillet of white fish or some drumsticks for an hour and bake. Fabulous on lamp kebobs too!

 

8 SIMPLE WAYS TO USE HARISSA

1- Eggs. More flavorful than Tabasco and even everyone's beloved Sriracha, Entube’s Harissa is insanely delicious on a breakfast sandwich. 

2- Roasted Vegetables. The chili paste is especially good tossed into vegetables before roasting, Harissa-glazed carrots are the bomb!

3- Salad Dressing. Add a spicy kick to salad by whisking Harissa into a lemony dressing. It's delicious tossed with raw broccoli or green beans.

5- Pasta. Our Harissa is sensational stirred into a marinara and adds a divine touch of intrigue to a carbonara.

6- Rub. Our chili paste becomes an instant rub for a rack of lamb, pork ribs, fish, even tofu and is absolutely decadent on grilled shrimp.
